House Rules
As the property is located in a residential neighborhood, we kindly ask guests to respect the following rules:
- Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house, around the property, and on the street in front of the house
- Smoking is only permitted in designated areas
- A ¥50,000 smoking fee will be charged if smoking is confirmed
- Parties and events are not permitted
- There is no private parking; nearby coin-operated parking is available
For security purposes, a security camera is installed outside the entrance.
