Jin’s Homes is a boutique real estate firm focused on the execution of short-term rental investments in Tokyo. The firm works selectively on projects that can be realistically carried through from acquisition and licensing to setup and ongoing operation.

The firm was founded in response to a recurring gap observed in the market: while both accommodation and investment demand exist, complex regulations and operational requirements often prevent projects from being carried through successfully. These challenges are not inherently difficult, but they require persistence and consistent follow-through. Jin’s Homes was established to take responsibility across this entire process — from acquisition and licensing through setup, operation, and capital recovery.

The firm is led by Yoshihiro Jinzaki (“Jin”, Founder & CEO), who is responsible for final execution. Born and raised in Japan in an international environment, Jin is a native English speaker with a global mindset and a practical understanding of Japanese social norms, local expectations, and regulatory realities. This enables low-friction operations with neighbors, management associations, and local authorities.

As a result, clients continue working with the firm beyond their initial project, proceeding with additional acquisitions over time.
