I'm Yoshihiro Jinzaki, a licensed realtor, "Minpaku" manager, and founder of JIN'S・HOMES G.K.  I started off my career selling over 200 investment properties in the Greater Tokyo Area. After learning how to evaluate and select the right investments, I transferred to a brokerage firm serving foreigners. Back then, there were lots of inquiries on purchasing and managing properties to rent out on short-term, but I couldn't find any bilingual realtor neither property manager who understood the market and regulations. 

 

In 2023, I founded JIN'S・HOMES G.K. to serve those purposes (sales brokerage x short-term rental management). Since then, I've started a short-term rental myself and started managing monthly rentals too - an alternative fulfilling similar purposes. We are also investigating opportunities in rural areas, as a solution to solve one of Japan's biggest social issues - "Akiyas".

Tourism in Japan is a growing market as the government is declaring and funding projects to achieve 60 million inbound tourists by 2030 (approximately twice the record of pre-covid).
