Yoshi Jinzaki (“Jin”) was raised between cultures—born to a Japanese father, Chinese mother, and educated in an international school in Yokohama, Japan. Despite that global upbringing, playing sports and martial arts in a local community grounded him in the rhythms, manners, and unspoken values of Japanese life.

Living alone in Brazil and Germany later taught him what it feels like to navigate a country without language or support. These experiences shape the way he works today—with empathy, and with the precision and attentiveness that define Japanese hospitality. Understanding both the challenges of living abroad and the efficiencies of life in Japan, Jin focuses on what global clients value most: simplicity, clarity, reliability, and the feeling of being genuinely looked after.

He created a boutique, end-to-end service to make Japan accessible and effortless. Jin and his team personally support clients through every stage—from property search and acquisition to licensing, design, furnishing, and full management—ensuring the entire experience feels seamless and genuinely your own.
